Retouching person on background

I'm looking to hire someone to do some retouching of a person with a Milan street scape background of an image ( see if you can use what you have otherwise I can buy a stock photo of a Milan Street to blur out. The resolution of the image needs to be 300ppi as it's going to sit on a LED screen so it needs to be 2000 pixel high x 1000 pixel wide, the female model needs to sit as the focus and read as human height so she needs to be at least 150cm high. The type of retouching I need includes editing out the background, cleaning up the model, and adding a pair of shoes to the model. I need this project done in less than 1 day. If you think you can do this project with excellent results, please contact me. Thank you!
