Restore a old photo

I found a old passport size photo of my dad who passed away in 2004. I lost most of his photos when i moved and i only have 3-4 photos of him including this one. I would really appreciate if someone can edit this photo and restore the color and make it look new. The color went away in some spots due to water damage. Thank you so much!
