Project Overview:
We are expanding our private research facility in Monroe, NC, with the addition of a new two-story, 12,000 sqft building adjacent to our existing 7,000 sqft facility. We need a digital rendering that visually represents both buildings together as a unified private research campus. This rendering will be used for marketing materials, a one-pager, and an upcoming publication.
Project Requirements:
Illustration Style: The rendering does not need to be photorealistic—an illustrated or conceptual design that effectively conveys the expansion is sufficient.
Building Representation: The image must depict both the existing and new buildings as a cohesive research campus.
Environment: Include basic landscaping elements (walkways, trees, parking areas) to help integrate the two buildings into the scene.
Perspective: The rendering should be clear and professional, suitable for promotional materials.
Format: High-resolution digital file (JPG, PNG, or vector format preferred).
Provided Materials:
Blueprints and layout details of the new and existing buildings (attached).
A PowerPoint file outlining key points of the expansion and preferred perspectives.
Ideal Freelancer:
