Remove White Lines on Outlook Email Signature

We have designed an email signature with photoshop and have added links to email, website link, facebook, linkedin and Google using the slice tool. When we export for web via photoshop to include (html & images) it looks and works great. The problem is when we integrate into outlook the issue happens when composing emails. We need this to work on laptop, desktop and mobile so please test on all these screen sizes. We get 1 horizontal white line and then white border lines around the social media icons which might come down to the slice tool in photoshop. The original PSD file will be sent to freelancer and ideally this should not take long to do. If you have added code to the head or body of html file to get this resolved this way then we will need to be sent and told where the fix/es was applied and sent the modied copy.
