Realistic Boat T-Shirt Design

I'm looking for a skilled vector illustrator to create a t-shirt design. The illustration should be:
In the attached image the 2 boat pictures with red frames need illustrating, in the centre is a t shirt example and a previous vector image I used and style I like. there are 2 lighthouses I would like to put either side of the boat. the aircraft would also be desirable.
Ideal skills and experience:
