As a growing real estate company, we are in need of a professional photo editor who can keep up with our daily demands. Our in-house photographer is capturing high-quality images, but we need someone with the expertise and experience to enhance these photos and make them truly stand out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit 50-75 photos per job, typically received daily
- Create HDR images from full frame non-bracketed photos
- Color correct and adjust lighting
- Correct lens distortion and straighten lines
- Enhance images to attract clients and potential buyers
Requirements:
- Expertise in Lightroom or equivalent cutting-edge software
- Experience in real estate photo editing is preferred
- Ability to deliver within a 24-hour timeframe
Your role will involve giving our photos a 'warm and inviting' style that we are aiming for. There may also be instances where you will need to touch up the sky on some cloudy days.
Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, particularly for interior elements that require color correction and lighting adjustment.
We're open to your professional suggestions for style and presets, and would appreciate a portfolio of your previous work, particularly if you have experience with real estate photography.
