We are a reputable property management company seeking a skilled and reliable freelancer to collaborate on an ongoing basis for real estate photo editing. The primary task involves processing bracketed RAW images (5-7 pictures in a set) of both indoor and outdoor real estate spaces. We require a professional touch to transform these images into stunning HDR representations that showcase well-lit rooms with crisp details, immaculate white ceilings, and trims, all while avoiding overexposure in windows.
Key Requirements:
HDR Processing: Transform bracketed RAW images into high-quality HDR images for indoor and outdoor spaces.
Indoor Editing: Enhance indoor images to ensure brightness, detail, and white surfaces (ceilings, trims).
Outdoor Editing: Achieve even lighting, crisp details, and, if needed, sky replacement for outdoor shots.
Long-Term Collaboration: We are looking for a committed professional interested in establishing a lasting collaboration for ongoing photo processing needs.
Portfolio Submission: Respondents are required to provide examples of their previous work in real estate photo processing to showcase their expertise and style.
