Image Specialist Contractor
Requirements of the contractor:
● Strong communication skills (fluent English language skills both written
and spoken)
● Photoshop and lightroom experience essential
● Strong Team Player
● Able to work autonomously
● Ability to follow standards and processes
● Close eye to detail
● A high quality laptop and strong internet connection
● Real estate photography, virtual staging and editing experience experience
Arrangement: Full Time Contract- Work From Home (Remote)
Position Description: The Image Specialist is responsible for image extraction,
editing and delivery in line with in house and industry standards
Responsibilities of this contract:
● Extracting images from Matterport Tours in line with company standards if
needed
● Image editing services- photoshop, retouching, composition management,
adding watermarks, virtual staging resizing, colour/lighting correction in
line with company standards, sky replacement etc.
● Management of customer amendments and requests
● Adhering to delivery standards (SLA's, KPI's and Defect Rates to be
reviewed periodically as set by manager)
● Working on tasks for the entire contracted period as directed by manager
● Quality assurance checks on products
