Professional Image Retouching

I have two pictures that need some subtle adjustments. Firstly, I'd like the stomach flattened a bit and slightly more hips added. Additionally, I would also like some more to be added to the back of the picture. The adjustments need to be made to both pictures and the retouching should have a moderate intensity.
