Pro Portrait Photo Retouching

I have a batch of portrait shots that need to be cleaned up and made social-media-ready. The final images should look natural yet polished: skin and tones corrected, distracting backgrounds cleanly removed, and subtle shadows or reflections added where they help the subject pop without looking artificial.
Please work non-destructively so I can request tweaks if needed, and deliver high-res JPEGs optimised for Instagram along with the layered source files (PSD or equivalent). If you use Photoshop, Lightroom, or another pro-grade editor, just let me know which so I can open the files on my end.
Once we agree on the number of photos and a schedule, I’ll share a download link to the RAW files.
