Precision Photographic Masking

I need someone adept in photo editing, especially in precision masking, to work on some photographs. The images would be used primarily for a website.

Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in image editing, especially precision cropping
- Proficient with precision masking techniques
- Past experience with photographs

Being able to handle this task precisely and to direction is crucial.

I have an image of a crowd of people against a background. I need the background cleared.
The crowd will then be "just the crowd" against a transparent background.
There is a great amount of detail in the raised hands of the crowd.
