Portrait Photo Retouching

I'm looking for an experienced photo retoucher to help me enhance a portrait photograph. The main task will be to remove a broken glass frame from the image. This was a photo taken 20 years ago and framed. The printed photo stuck to the glass in the frame, and when the frame dropped and broke, bits of broken glass stuck to it. I wasn't able to remove them without damaging the photo, and I have no original digital image. So, I scanned the photo through the broken glass. I need someone who can retouch the photo to remove the broken glass.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
- Attention to detail
- Ability to professionally retouch images
