Portrait Photo Retouching

I'm seeking a skilled photo retoucher specialising in altering the background of images. Your main task will be to remove objects in the backgrounds of photos from my 30th birthday and engagement party, and enhance the sky in some. There will be between 1-5 photos depending on price, keen to understand how much it will cost and then finalise images :)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
