Pirate ship with 4 men.

I want a portrait of a pirate ship deck with 4 men I can provide pictures of on it. One man will be the focal point as the captain. One man will be one of two co captains who will have his hands tied with rope while trying to pull the sail. The other man will be made very small and sitting on the captains shoulder like a pirates monkey almost. The last guy will be scrubbing the deck on his hands and knees. Bonus points if you can have like a kraken in the background.
