Photoshop retoucher

I have a portrait of a dog that I need someone who is BEYOND talented at retouching to help us out with.

See attached image (just a lo res screen grab)

We need the body taken out and the brown backdrop to be smoothed out.

I am looking for someone who knows how to create brushes in photoshop to re create the fur around the dogs ear to make it look natural.
