Photoshop and premiere

I have a project for which I need help with Photoshop and Premiere. The focus is on video editing for commercial use. I have specific examples that I want the video to emulate, so I'm looking for someone experienced in both Photoshop and Premiere who can handle the job. I trust the chosen freelancer's creativity, but I also have specific examples that I'd like them to use as a reference.
