Photoshop picture - edit out spots, even out hair, removal of object

I am in need of a Photoshop expert to assist me with a personal project. The project involves editing a picture to remove spots, even out hair, and remove an object. The level of detail required for this project is general touch-ups. I would ideally like this project completed within 24 hours.
