Photoshop a picture. Need picture of house to be 2 stories ilo 3

I'm looking for a photo editor who can take a picture of a 3 story Key West style house and make it into a two story. Really just need the middle section of the house removed in photoshop.
Key Tasks:
- Remove the middle section and the awnings from the house to create a two-story structure instead of the three story
