Photoshop expert to create simple automation to automate the creation of mockup image

I would like to work with a Photoshop expert who can create three simple automation files for me. Each automation file will have the same format.
1. Open a "PSD mockup template file".
2. Take raw JPEG images from a folder.
3. Insert the raw JPEG image on the "PSD mockup template file".
4. Run action to resize raw JPEG image.
5. Export outcome as JPEG
You will be provided with all necessary files (raw images, mock-up PSD, action files) and as much guidance as you require.
It's very straightforward work and should not take someone more than an hour to do.
