Photoshop editing of a picture

I have a picture of my son where he's drinking water and holding his pacifier while sitting on a box. I would like someone with great photoshop editing skills to turn the glass of water into a battlehorn, the pacifier into a King's Scepter, the box into a Warhorse, then add a king's cloak perhaps and change the background to something that fits more a scene from the Middle ages.
