Photoshop Wedding Photos for Keepsake

I need someone skilled in Photoshop to edit my wedding photos. The specific edits I require are digital tummy tucks (generally slimming my figure) on certain photos and areas - I am the bride, the one in white ;) These photos will primarily be used as personal keepsakes, so they need to look their best but I am on a budget.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
