Photoshop 7.0 Plugin for auto Numbering with Colorable fonts and a variable of numbers

I need a plugin for printing differant numbers on templates for serial numbers two times per label and i have to be able to change the color of the letters and spelling but it has to be one to 22 digits long and be able to place the serial number atleast 2 on each label but also doing the same on every next label with the same string on numbers going back as far as possible so say i start with example 1AO0000000000001 to AO9999999999999 i would like it to number it on a location that i can choose to apply the number too myself in a text box sort of idea and to have a window with the amount i'd like to label and to start with whatever Letters and Numbers so i can do the date and then the batch and then the type with the product number on the label also a option to skip every 1 -100 numbers every second number or randomized numbers between the highest and lowest works or to be able to add differant batch numbers to tie it in but to keep all the numbers made and placed onto the label put into a csv file and saved everytime it applyed those numbers to the label or .jpg and multiplyed it with the new numbers on the label making new numbered labels that are printable
