Photoshop Image Retouching

I'm looking for a Photoshop expert to help with some image editing and retouching tasks. Specifically, I need assistance with:
- Enhancing colors and lighting: I'd like the images to pop and look vibrant, perfect for social media sharing.
- Removing blemishes and wrinkles: The images should look clean, professional, and without any distractions.
Ideal candidates for this project should have a keen eye for details, and be skilled in using Photoshop to enhance photos for social media. Experience in image editing and retouching is a big plus.
I would like to remove the man and plate and cover my left bob more and enhance the quality of the picture. I have included what another person tried to do.
