Photoshop Glass Shard Effect Editing

I need a talented Photoshop editor to apply an abstract glass shard effect to an image. The shards should be placed between the logo and the image.
1) Look at the sample showing the effect and placement of the shar
2) Look at the template (psd file)
3) It will need to be 250cm long and 75cm high. Check for quality printing in this size and inform us if there is any issue with the quality if printed in that size.
