Photoshop Family Picture Editing

I need a skilled Photoshop expert who can help me edit my family picture.

Here's what I need:
- Remove one person from the photograph (gentleman in grey shirt, back row, right side)
- If possible, move others around to keep photo balanced (maybe move grandpa sides to vill the void)
- Blend the background seamlessly where the persons are moved
