Photoshop Expert Needed for Document Edits

I'm in need of a Photoshop professional to assist with editing a document for personal use.
Specific Tasks:
- Image Adjustments: I want the areas covered by black colour to be removed without affecting the background pattern. Please see attached image. Simply using the 'Remove Tool' is not enough. Expert skills needed.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
- Attention to detail for color correction once modification has been made.
- Ability to seamlessly remove and add elements in images.
