Photoshop Expert Needed

I have a photo that requires some editing. The task involves altering the outdoor scenery from summer to winter through a window, as well as adding some desk items to the image. I want to make the photo look like I was in the real oval office

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Experienced in photo editing, particularly in background and object manipulation
