Photoshop and Edit Graduation Photos (5 total)

I'm looking for a skilled and experienced photo editing expert to help me perfect 5 graduation photos. The level of editing needed requires advanced retouching in order to make my stole (the yellow thing around my neck) and cords lay center and even on each side instead of crooked. Additionally, I would like to find someone who can correct the harsh lighting and touch up the photos, and maybe even remove some of the wrinkles from the clothes. The key part in this is that I want the photos to look real at the end so no body editing, just adjusting the color, fix the stole, and maybe removing some wrinkles.
