Photoshop/Edit 2 Files for me.

I'm looking for someone who knows how to Work with Photoshop or other Photo Edit Programms, I need this Person to Edit 2 Files for me, the overall difficulty isn't really high, i'd even say its easy for someone who knows what to do.
The Task is to Change Sentences that are inside a Grey Box, Look at the Uploaded File as an example.
Requirement is that it looks 100% Real, no Changes no Dissortion in Color or anything, as far as i know, Photoshop has tools such as the Magic Stamp and the Wand that would be helpful for that kind of work.
