Photoshop & Edit Apartment Photos

I need an experienced photo editor to enhance images of my apartment. The goal is to create appealing visuals for a toddler room and a small single male apartment. I need the bathtub, toilet and all aspects of the bathroom to look clean, add a couple decorative items most bathrooms may have. The bedroom for an adult male should be simple with a few decorative things, a tv and stand, and be completely clean with no mess on the bed or floor. Curtains and all fixtures to look presentable. The other room should lok like a 2 year old toddler room with decorative items, plenty of toys, a small tv on a dresser, pictures can be created as well to be in addition to the pictures needing edited. Just need a simple decorstive apartment that is clean, presentable and looks like a single male with a toddler boy with everything he needs lives there. Nothing that looks too over the top fancy, or large items like a couch. Just simple items placed in certain areas of the rooms/apartment to look natural and believable. Certain elemnts should be left in a few of the pictures like window placement, wallpaper in bathroom, tub and shower structure, door design and placement, window placements in all pictures to seem on par with actual apartment but with tweaks to enhance them, add items to seem livable, realistic and common otems.you may see in a single male and boy toddler apartment
