Photoshop Deceased Friend into Wedding Photos

I'm seeking a skilled photo editor to help bring my wife's late friend into her wedding party pictures. The project entails:
- Color Correction and Lighting Adjustment: Ensuring the photos have a consistent look and feel.
- Seamlessly Adding the Deceased Friend into the Group: This is the most crucial part of the job. The insertion needs to look natural and not out of place.
- Retouching the Overall Image Quality: Enhancing the images for clarity and overall quality.
I have a low-resolution image of the deceased friend that will need to be utilized. Ideally, the selected freelancer should have experience working with low-res images and can enhance them for use in this project.
As for the positioning of the deceased friend, I'm open to suggestions. The insertion could be next to the bride, or in the middle of the group. A one-on-one with the bride could also work if it's done well.
The successful freelancer will likely have a background in photo editing and be skilled in the use of Photoshop or similar software. Experience in handling sensitive requests like this one is a plus.
Hello all— so my wife’s best friend passed away in high school and I only have a few photos of her. They’re decent quality, but they were taken with a phone camera in 2010s-ish, so not great. I can provide as many wedding photos as needed (and I can get any of them without the watermark, whichever works best). I am hoping to see the friend very pretty in one of the bridesmaid dresses as well (these were all the same color pink but many differing styles of dress). I’d like to hear a quote for one photo of the bride and friend one-on-one, and another quote for adding the friend next to the bride in the wedding party. For reference, my wife is the taller bride with lighter colored hair. I am open to you communicating artistic ideas, as I just want this to look nice. I think it would mean a lot to my wife.
