Photoshop Curved Line in Red

I need a black lines changed to a red line (with gaps like the rest of the lines in the image). All the areas that have arrows pointing to them. Should take 5min and final document needs to be pdf. Do not make offer and try to renegotiate price or ask me what my budget is.
