Photoshop Color Change on Photo

need photo example to change from a white cloth to chocolate brown, but not lose the blue signings on it (they would also likely have to change to silver or a lighter colour) my example isn’t a great photo but I’m trying to protect the privacy of the photo

If this can be accomplished (I’d actually be happy if you could provide any changes regarding the cloth, in any colours as we have a few hundred that would need to be done in different styles eventually)
