I'm seeking a talented Photoshop expert to alter the fit or silhouette of a top/shirt in a portrait. The specific adjustment needed is for the top/shirt to be slimmed or tightened. Please ensure the final image maintains a natural look. This is not the actual photo to work with but the same image. Wondering how much this will cost and can the fabric at the waist area be retouched to drape naturally while tucking into the waistband to show more of a waistline.
