Photoshop Architectural Rendering of cross-sectional elevation of a real estate project

We have a ready cross-section of our project.
We require an expert photoshop artist who can create render in photoshop as per be below requirements from the given cross-section.
1. Please find attached the basic raw cross-section.
2. The whole cross-section is a combination of 4 part-sections (indicated in the cross-section file).
3. The 4 sections must be rendered in day and night/evening alternate fashion. (PFA Day-night_ref.jpg)
4. Different spaces in the whole cross-section need to be filled with silhouettes of people engaged in various activities. (PFA People-activity.jpg)
5. sciography needs to be added to show depth. (PFA sciography.jpg)
6. Interior details (furniture lights etc), Landscape details (trees, planers, birds) need to be added as per the requirement. (PFA Details.jpg)
7. Glass glazing with indoor lightings need to be added. (PFA Indoor_lightings.jpg)

The final render needs to be provided in form of a high-resolution JPG image as well as a PSD file.
