Photorealistic Bomb Explosion Photo Editing

I need a proficient Photoshop editor to convey a bomb explosion effect in a photograph I own, giving the impression of a bomb-created hole in the top section of a building. The resulting image should appear photorealistic, not cartoonish or semi-real. Additionally, the explosion must engage with the characters present in the image.

Ideal candidates should have:
- Exceptional Photoshop editing abilities
- Experience with disaster effect creation
- A keen eye for detail to ensure a realistic outcome
- Demonstrable capabilities to edit characters in correlating with the bomb explosion effect
