Photo retouching/upscale

Hello, I have this image that I am using to print into a 200cm wall sticker. I need it upscaled and retouched so the image looks clean and high quality, while also keeping it looking the same if you understand what I’m saying. If it is hard to upscale/retouch the logos in the pic, the team of the shirt he’s wearing is called the lakers basketball team. If you win this contest, I have around 5 to 10 more photos I need work like this image
