Photo retouching of the photograph of my father and mother to be placed on their gravestone

I have some photographs of my father and mother, close and smiling next to my dad's 90th birthday cake. They are no longer here, and they are buried in the same tomb. I would need someone experienced in photo retouching to help me fix one of these photographs, removing some imperfections and possibly enhancing the best expressions. The final file will be sent to the stonemason who will arrange their names on the tombstone along with a single photograph
