Photo retouch

I am looking for a professional photo retoucher who can take my photos, enhance, and brighten people in photos so they are more visible. I have 1-10 photos that will require retouching and I will provide detailed instructions for how I want them to look. I need someone who is knowledgeable in color correction, skin retouching, and object removal to ensure the highest quality of my images.
