Photo editor with some creativity needed for bachelor party shirts/koozies!

I am trying to edit a photo of a friend to put on shirts, koozies, etc. for a bachelor party. I want Gage to be like a fish jumping out of the water biting at the bait (Kentucky Deluxe bottle) attached to fishing line/pole. I have absolutely zero photo editing skills and know if you could put this together it would be an all timer.
