Photo editing (headshot)

Hello, I am looking for help with a small photo portrait editing job. There are three things I would like changed:

(1) fix gaze so that eyes are looking towards the camera (they're currently looking slightly to the side)
(2) fix light/exposure
(3) minor retouching of hair
