Photo editing

I’m looking for an experienced freelancer in Photo editing. My project calls for mainly retouching two areas (neck and back) I do have specific instructions for the photo editing, so expertise in Photoshop is preferred. I’ll need 1 photo to be edited in total. If you have the necessary skills and experience to complete my project, I look forward to hearing from you!
