ID Photo Shadow Removal

I need a professional to remove facial shadows and background shadows from an ID photo for my driver's license. The current background is a soft white, and I would love a clean and clear image without any shadows. The right side of my face and neck has shadows, I would like it to be realistic like the left side, but have no shadows please!!
