Photo Retouching and Enhancement

I'm in need of a skilled photo editor who can retouch my photos for me. The primary focus will be on making the subjects in the images appear as if they are smiling and have their eyes open. In addition, I need some facial adjustments to be made to enhance the overall appearance.
