Photo Retouching and Background Enhancement

I need a professional photo editor to smooth out my skin in a couple of pictures and also take care of the background on the floor. This involves removing imperfections and possibly lightening up my face and/or body. or completely remove the background and make it look like roses on the wall and floor either way place the subject in the middle of the roses

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in photo editing software
- Experience in skin smoothing and retouching
- Ability to enhance and modify backgrounds
- Removing stand and wall from the picture

Key Requirements:
- Both face and body need smoothing
- Background imperfections to be addressed include:
- Stains or marks
- Unwanted objects
- remove white rim of backdrop
- Lighting issues
