Photo Restoration & Subtle Retouching

I have two photos that need professional care so I can print and enjoy them as lifelong keepsakes.
Image 1 is an up-scaled low-resolution file; everything beyond the face and hat looks acceptable, but those two areas clearly give away the original quality. I will supply reference photos of the same person and hat, and I need you to rebuild the features so they blend seamlessly with the rest of the picture—no plastic “AI” look, just clean, natural texture that holds up in a large print.
Image 2 only needs a light touch. Please add a subtle, natural smile, refine the chin and mid-section slightly, and leave the rest of the shot looking genuine. Think in-camera perfection rather than obvious post-production.
I’m comfortable if you work in Photoshop, Lightroom, or any comparable professional tool; what matters is that the final results appear authentic at high resolution.
Deliverables
• Two fully retouched, print-ready files (JPEG or TIFF, 300 dpi)
• Optional layered PSDs if you work in Photoshop, so future tweaks stay possible
