Photo Restoration & Colorization Specialist Needed

I have a collection of black and white photographs that are faded and damaged. I'm looking for an experienced photo restoration and colorization specialist to help me with the following:
- Color Restoration: I'd like the photos to be colorized without losing the original essence.
- Photo Restoration: Your task would be to enhance details and fix tears and scratches on the photographs.
- Sketch Photograph: If possible, I'd like you to transform one of the restored photos into a hand-drawn sketch.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in photo restoration, colorization, and sketching.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to enhance images while maintaining their original feel.
- Proficiency in using photo editing software and tools.
