Photo Manipulation / Poster / Merge Two Photos

Hi I need 2 high resolution images made to create and merge two/three images - a bit like a poster or oil painting - I have uploaded the type of image I want to create from the pictures I have. Any questions please let me know. My timeframe is need the images done in 4 days with edits so please only bid if you have time to do this. Just to be clear - images are an EXAMPLE of what I need doing with two images.
