Photo Manipulation Detection Expert -- 2

I need help proving a photo in which my car was parked has been manipulated. The image is in JPEG format, and I suspect objects have been added or removed. I believe two photos have been used to achieve this. There are 8 witnesses that verify my car was parked in either the empty bay or the bay next to it. The broken window frame laying on the scaffold above the black car would have been present when my car was there so is it possible the broken frame has been added to a picture taken a week later when my car had been moved and then the metadata changed to reflect the data on this image ?

The metadata says this image is real but I absolutely know that’s impossible. So how can I prove it.
