Photo Manipulation: Add Person and Retouch

I'm looking for an experienced photo editor who can not only seamlessly insert a figure next to Santa and his chair on the right, but also adjust the girls such that it appears they are looking into the frame rather than away - all in a realistic style.
The specific changes required are:
* Add a person next to Santa in a realistic manner – based on the original photo's style. You may need to adjust lighting, shading or other elements to ensure the person looks naturally placed.
* Modify the girls' eyes, changing their direction to look into the frame. This may require some detailed retouching.
